Electric motors constitute a large part of the electrical load of industrial facilities. If the electric motors do not work, the production in the factories may stop. In addition, important electrical loads such as computer systems, medical devices, communication systems, control and alarm systems or lighting systems must be protected and backup energy must be provided. Such critical loads should not be affected by power cuts. In addition, situations such as high or low voltage, sudden voltage jumps and frequency changes may occur in the electrical network.
